Competition area of Venue No. 1, will be the same track for men and women. The field will be a slalom round trip course, with a part of running between 10 to 50 meters and a part of rowing of 250 meters. The field may provide 2 lanes, consisted of 3 sailing buoys where rowers shall follow a slalom where after the third buoy they will have to take a 360 degrees turn and follow the same slalom route until they reach the shore where they leave the rowing boat and beach sprint until the finishing arch.
