The "Artemis" center court is expected to be full during the II Mediterranean Beach Games Closing Ceremony, which will take place tomorrow, Saturday August 31st, at 20:30. Tickets have already sold out, a fact that confirms sports fans' great support for the Games.
The Closing Ceremony will mark the end of the Patras journey and the beginning of another one in another part of the Mediterranean. Taking over from the Opening Ceremony, we will have the pleasure to watch all athletes parade together with no sepration whatsoever, conveying the message of unity and friendship among Mediterranean peoples.
The Closing Ceremony will be a feast of all nations, a goodbye party for all delegations, an event expressing gratitude to all athletes and volunteers for their presence in the Games. This grand Mediterranean feast will have plenty of music and dancing.
Important Spectator Information
The Closing Ceremony will start at 20:30. Spectators access will be only from the Ierotheou Archiepiscopou Street entrance.
The "Artemis" Venue doors will open for the public at 18:30 and close at 20:00 for security reasons. Spectators are urged to come to the Venue in time to access the facilities without difficulty.
Spectators are also kindly requested not to bring along any of the objects described on the back of their tickets.
